Blue buffalo high levels of lead lawsuit 2018This product was in a class action lawsuit in May 2018. The case was dismissed but evidence of high levels of lead were found in blue buffalo dog food. It s unfortunate that this product is allowed to be on the market. If you would like further information regarding the lawsuit, it can be easily found in a google search. If your pet is experience kidney urinary issues and has been eating blue bufffalo, you should get them off of the food as soon as possible. My dog was on BB basics for three months and started having chronic UTIs. Once the vet found out she was on BB she immediately told us to switch and informed me of the lawsuits. We are hoping her condition improves. We have switched to Fromm Gold dog food.
