Animal Meal Pet Food Shortens Dogs LifeWe purchased this for our 5K Leonberger Puppy. Its been 15 years since I ve adopted a pet so I went with what the breeder was feeding him to keep things consistent. What I noticed is diarrhea was excessive. So I put it to the stress of the new environment, did some research and found that freeze dried pumpkin powder stooled him up real quick. The leonberger is a very calm dog, so the dog did not exhibit transition issues, just the diarrhea which is easily resolved by the freeze dried pumpkin powder.
