My little Lady doesn t seem to like this food.I have mixed feelings about this dog food. I can t find it locally, so I purchased here on amazon. My spaniel is 9 years old, so I decided to change to the senior version of black gold. I followed the recommended transition from old food, mixing, and then the new. What I noticed Lady doesn t eat her food until she s really hungry. Almost as a last resort. To get her to eat more, I warm bits of chicken with water and pour over the food. This is the gravy that gets her to eat explorer dog food. I probably will not purchase again after the bag is gone. We did not have this same problem with regular black gold. EDIT 10-2-19 The first bag is gone and the transition over. I was hovering too much on my dog This feed is fine and our senior dog is healthy and has the energy and actions of a puppy
