We ve ordered this twice and there were no problems. Ruby enjoyed her special food and all was fine. The last order coincided with her getting bloody stool and not eating. She refused to eat this food and we thought it was her just refusing to eat, until we gave her a choice between the Science Diet and another we bought at the store. She would not touch the science diet. Once we switched foods and took her to the vet for some puppy pepto and other meds she s doing just fine. I would like to be refunded for the cost of the food as well as the 300 vet bill. Just to note I took great pains to make sure i purchased this food from the manufacturer and not an amazon reseller .
