Covered in rodent urine and dead bug sheddingThe brand and product are great. I ve fed my pup Science Diet for years. When I opened the box however, there was a dry speckled dirt like substance with an odor in it, along with several dead bug pieces and shedding. The containers were the worst, they were crusted with I m assuming old rodent urine and covered with the odor. I called the customer service line right away and the rep was very helpful in giving me a full refund and being really nice. I normally order my pups food off of Chewy.com but I thought I d try Amazon. To be fair the Blue food I ordered came in fine. But this is the last time I ll be ordering food again.
