The dog thinks it is *good grub* definitely Very satisfying for him too.I thought I would try this, as I have previously bought the Jiminy Cricket treats, which the dog can t get enough of. I wasn t sure how he would like black soldier fly larvae but he definitely does - ha ha The pieces are not too crunchy but not soft. The dog has an underbite and sometimes he struggles with kibble type food - it flies everywhere, but no such problem with the Jiminy Good Grub pellets - the texture makes it easy to keep them in his mouth. Another good thing is that there is no smell - the same as with the cricket treats - they don t smell either - so opening the bag first thing in the morning , before my first cup of tea, is not unpleasant Highly recommended. PS We are helping the planet too.
