Twice the price then the small cans WhyWe have been using Merrick for a long time. Our pup loves the variety of this and we love the plastic packaging rather then the cans. The only complaint is we paid the same price for this 12 pack as we would for a 24 pack of the same sized cans. It is hard to believe that this new configuration should be twice the price and comparing ingredients...it looks to be identical...both sourced in the US...grain free...gluten free. Wording is definitely different between the old and new packages, but says the same thing. Is it possible that Merrick would double the price for different packaging While we give the food and ingredients 5 stars....this latest configuration leaves a bad taste in our mouths.
